Elephant Rescue Park is an organization dedicated to the welfare and protection of elephants in Thailand. We aim to provide a safe and nurturing environment for these majestic creatures, with the ultimate goal of promoting their well-being and conservation.

Traditionally, elephants in Thailand have been utilized to assist humans in various activities. However, we recognize the need to shift towards a more compassionate and sustainable approach that respects the natural rights and needs of these animals.

At Elephant Rescue Park, we prioritize the physical and emotional health of our elephants. Our dedicated team of experts ensures that they receive proper nutrition, medical care, and ample space to roam freely. We do not support or engage in any activities that involve riding, performing tricks, or any form of exploitation.

Education and awareness play a crucial role in our mission. We strive to educate the public about the importance of elephant conservation, the threats they face in the wild, and the significance of ethical tourism practices. By fostering a greater understanding of these issues, we hope to inspire positive change.

Our Park
Elephant Rescue Park was established in August 2015 to provide a home for rescued and abused elephants, many of whom come from the main cities around Thailand, being exploited by humans and often forced to beg on the streets for money.

Objective
Our primary objective here is to provide a safe, loving and secure environment for these magnificent animals, this can only be achieved with your help and support by visiting our beautiful Park and supporting us through adoptions, donations and other various fundraising projects that we do.

Your Visit
On your visit you’ll have the opportunity to have one-on-one interactions with all our beautiful rescued elephants. Get to meet and learn all about our mahouts, this is the most important human and guardian in each elephant’s life. You’ll get to feed them, walk with them, hug them, play with them, bathe with them and so much more, of course this all depends on your choice of activity.

Elephant Rescue Park has four special elephant programmes for you to choose from, these unique and well-organised programme tours that are purely designed to help fund our elephants. All profits from our tours goes back to the care of our elephants and towards rescuing new ones.

A project that started from our hearts,  a dream of ours that’s now become reality. Tourist do not see behind the scenes and the true facts that go on at other well known elephant sanctuaries, we have nothing to hide here, we show and explain everything to you.
